All purchases are considered final sale unless otherwise stated below.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any opened or used products.
📌 Unopened Items (Exceptions)
Non-returnable items include:
- Opened or used products.
- Hygiene-related items.
- Sale or promotional items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Returns may be considered for unopened items within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and unopened.
- In original packaging.
- In resalable condition.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

At this time, return shipping labels are not provided by KH Clinic.
All approved returns must be sent back at the customer’s expense.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once your return is received.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
KH Clinic is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
📌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the product and packaging for verification.
We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or due to improper handling.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
📌 Refunds
Refunds are only issued for approved returns.
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.

KH Clinic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages, but we will assist in initiating carrier investigations when possible.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout.
KH Clinic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation.
